In July 2018, Yogood joined the revolution of on-road youth marketing and took to the streets of Klang Valley to attract new audiences with the ultimate symbol of youth and freedom, our Kombi van.

The mission was to demonstrate the brand’s shared belief of living life to the fullest by educating youth that muesli is not just a breakfast item and introducing the new Yogood2go range.

Key to the project’s success was our ability to deliver a mobile sampling and sales solution that delivered the product directly to the customer. But, this wasn’t your ordinary sampling exercise – we customized our Kombi van to give Yogood a strong brand persona and transformed the ordinary sampling event into a unique and memorable experience that ignited sales.

One of the most critical parts of this activation was event staffing. We understand that a Brand Ambassador can make or break any event and we made sure we found the right people, with the right attitude, and communication skills to deliver the Yogoods’ message, and drive sales. After all, they are the face of the brand, the first point of contact with the customer, the key spokesperson for selling the product USP’s and the deciding factor when it comes to a purchase decision.

Our Brand Ambassadors also helped Yogood maximise their ROI by collating valuable consumer feedback directly from the target audience on key product attributes.

The month-long promotion targeted youth in office areas, colleges, parks and shopping districts. Not only was the customer reach exceeded across all activation stops, Yogood achieved strong sales, a rise in social media activity and an improved brand recall. It demonstrates that when it comes to youth, there is simply no substitute for a great experience – as we say, if content is king, then engagement is queen!
